Category: Bulk density meter
The H100 natural accumulation density meter is designed and manufactured to GB/T 16913-2008. It measures bulk density by natural accumulation: dust falls freely from a funnel at a fixed height to fill a cylinder. Bulk density is the mass of dust per unit volume in the loose state.
| Scope | Designed to GB/T 16913-2008. Used to measure bulk density by natural accumulation. |
|---|---|
| Principle | Dust falls freely from the funnel at a fixed height until the cylinder is full; the mass per unit volume in the loose state is the bulk density. |
| Funnel | Outlet diameter Ø12.7 mm, stainless steel (304), cone angle 60° ±0.5°. |
|---|---|
| Stopper rod | Stainless steel (304), used to hold the powder in the funnel while filling. |
| Balance (optional) | Maximum capacity 1 kg, readability 0.02 g. |
| Cylinder | 100 mL stainless steel (304) cylinder, inner diameter Ø39 mm. |
| Scraper | Stainless steel (304), used to remove excess powder when filling the funnel. |
