Принтер Bonjour

Bonjour Print Services для Windows

1. After installing Apple Bonjour Print Services on Windows, open http://frariv-printer-xxxxxx.local in a browser instead of typing the printer IP address;

2. The zip contains BonjourPSSetup.exe and Chinese/English install notes;

4. Free to use.

After Bonjour is installed on Windows, you can open the printer web page with a host name such as:

http://frariv-printer-xxxxxx.local

Replace xxxxxx with the number on the instrument. You do not need to type the printer IP address.

Install

  1. Unzip the package and run BonjourPSSetup.exe.
  2. Follow the wizard. It normally installs to C:\Program Files\Bonjour Print Services and creates a Desktop shortcut for the Bonjour Printer Wizard.
  3. Allow the User Account Control prompt if Windows shows one.

Firewall

Bonjour uses UDP port 5353. The installer configures the Windows firewall; open that port in any third-party firewall.

Open the printer page

  1. Keep the PC and the printer on the same LAN.
  2. Enter http://frariv-printer-xxxxxx.local in the browser.
  3. If it fails, check that Bonjour is installed, UDP 5353 is allowed, and the PC is not on a guest network.
